Where Paradise Records Are Kept
Paradise is unincorporated. Use the Clark County or Nevada custodian that holds the record, not a City of Las Vegas office chosen only from the postal line:
- Deeds, liens, and recorded marriage certificates: Clark County Recorder, covered under Paradise public records
- Court cases by name: use the Paradise court records search
- Birth and death certificates: Southern Nevada Health District or Nevada Office of Vital Records, depending on date
- Voter registration and weekly files: use Paradise voter records
- Staff, school, property, and archive lists: browse Paradise people directories
- Anything not online: send an identifiable-record request to the actual custodian under the Nevada Public Records Act
