Check Paradise Voter Registration
The Clark County voter login is an authenticated service. It is for a voter to open their own record, not a public name search for other residents. Enter all four identity fields, remove spaces if the form returns an error, and use the stated date format. The office recommends Chrome. A successful login can provide the voter record, representatives, voting history, sample-ballot or mail-ballot status, and request functions. Exact post-login labels can change, so rely on the live account screen.
| Login field | Entry type | Required | Format guidance |
|---|---|---|---|
| First Name | Text | Yes | Remove spaces if the portal reports an error. |
| Last Name | Text | Yes | The same no-space warning applies. |
| Last 4 of SSN or Driver's License | Four digits | Yes | Use the last four digits of either identifier. |
| Birth Date | Date | Yes | Enter as MM/DD/YYYY. |
| Log-in | Button | No | Submits the identity check. |
The official Clark County login screen shows why this route cannot be used as a browse-all-voters tool.
Repeated guesses expose sensitive data without solving a mismatch. Check the spelling, date format, and identifier once, then contact Clark County Elections if access still fails.
Note: Weekly public files cannot update a record, request a ballot, or replace the authenticated Paradise voter login.
Paradise Weekly Voter Records
Clark County takes an unusually direct approach to public voter records. Its Voter List Data Files page posts standard ZIP downloads free, with no account or request form. The ASCII files are comma-delimited and generally refreshed on Monday. Countywide and district-specific choices are available in both “All,” meaning active plus inactive, and “Active” editions. For Paradise, the unincorporated county district file is especially relevant.
The county warns that these files can be too large for ordinary spreadsheet software. A database can preserve columns and codes more safely. Save the download date with the file because a later edition may reflect a status change, correction, or cancellation. The current release should be treated as a dated administrative snapshot, not a certificate that each named person still occupies the listed address.
The county’s weekly voter-file page makes the file choices and update practice visible.
Choose the smallest suitable district file when broad countywide data are not needed. That reduces needless handling of personal rows.
Fields in Paradise Voter Rolls
A weekly voter-file row is much richer than a name list. It combines status, district geography, identity fields, addresses, registration dates, and participation codes. Read related fields together. A mailing address may differ from the registered residence, and an activity date may reflect a later administrative event rather than a move. Paradise can appear through a township, precinct, or unincorporated district field instead of a city value.
| Status and geography | STATUS, PRECINCT_NUM, congressional, Assembly, Senate, Commission, education, Regent, school, city, ward, and township fields. |
|---|---|
| Identity | First, middle, and last name; suffix; sex; party code; and birth year. |
| Address and contact | Phone, residence components, and separate mailing-address components, subject to withholding rules. |
| Registration | Activity date, registration date and number, language preference, polling code, confidential flag, ID_NOT_REQD, and affidavit fields. |
| Participation | ELECTION1 through ELECTION20 paired with VOTE_TYPE1 through VOTE_TYPE20. |
Common party codes include DEM, REP, NP, OTH, and minor-party abbreviations. An “A” marks active status and “I” marks inactive status. Preserve the header and code documentation with any extract, since a bare value can be misunderstood outside its original file.
Nevada Voter Record Privacy
Nevada election law generally opens registration records under NRS 293.503, but it does not turn every submitted field into public data. NRS 293.558 keeps Social Security numbers, driver's-license or state-ID numbers, and election-process email addresses from public inspection. A voter may request that an address and telephone number be withheld. Preregistration stays confidential until it converts to a registration.
Protected by law. Sensitive identifiers never become public voter fields, and NAC 293.476 excludes a Confidential Address Program participant's actual address.
The official NRS Chapter 293 text provides the controlling rules behind the public and confidential split.
Walking lists are arranged by precinct and omit confidential-address voters. For a general picture of a district, published active or active-plus-inactive totals are often more useful and less intrusive than sharing individual rows.
Paradise CAP Address Protection
Nevada's Confidential Address Program, called CAP, gives qualifying survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, trafficking, and stalking a fictitious address and mail-forwarding service. Applications go through a certified agency representative. Consistent use of the substitute address matters because public agencies and commercial records can otherwise reconnect an actual address to a person.
The Nevada Attorney General’s CAP page explains the protection available to a Paradise voter.
CAP and an ordinary voter request to withhold address and telephone data are related safeguards, but they are not identical. Public exports also carry a confidentiality flag. Do not infer a hidden address from precinct, mailing, or prior-file data, and never use election information to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone.
Note: Confidentiality rules explain missing fields; an empty public value is not proof that an elections worker lost the underlying record.
Decode Paradise Voting History
Participation fields show whether and how a person took part in a listed election. They never disclose a ballot choice. The published vote-type codes include P for Election Day, M for mail, E for early voting, F for federal write-in, and Z for provisional voting. Party registration is also not proof of a vote or a person's views.
- Registration date
- The start of the current registration record, not proof of continuous residence at the address.
- Activity date
- A later record event, which should not be read as a confirmed move or a vote by itself.
- Voting history
- A record of participation and method for listed elections, never the selections on a secret ballot.
- File date
- The date of the saved export, needed to judge whether later status changes may be missing.
These distinctions matter when relatives compare older addresses, civic researchers study turnout, or residents check their own records. The row documents election administration, not present occupancy or political belief.
Paradise Voter Status Changes
“Active” means the office believes the voter remains at the registration address. It does not mean the person votes often. Returned mail or address-change information can trigger a forwardable notice and inactive status. An inactive eligible Clark County resident can still vote, though automatic mail treatment changes. If no correction or voting occurs through two consecutive federal elections, cancellation can follow the National Voter Registration Act and NRS 293.530.
- Address information or returned mail prompts the election office to send a forwardable confirmation notice.
- An unresolved address places the record in inactive status; that status alone does not erase voting eligibility.
- Correction or voting can resolve the record, while two federal-election cycles without either can lead to cancellation.
- Systematic removals must finish at least 90 days before a federal primary or general election.
A canceled name may remain in an older downloaded file. Keep the release date and compare like editions before drawing a conclusion. The live authenticated tool remains the better route for checking one's own current registration.
2026 Paradise Roll Maintenance
Clark County reported on March 10, 2026, that 104,945 voters had been designated inactive through list-maintenance procedures. Those voters remain eligible if they still reside in Clark County, but their address and mail status differ from active records. The figure describes the entire county, not Paradise alone, so it should not be presented as a town total.
A separate post-election action canceled 138,682 registrations that had become inactive before the 2022 general election and showed no later voting activity after November 5, 2024. During 2025, county performance materials also described a move to the Total Voter System and a review of missing processing metrics. That database transition is an administrative change, not evidence that voter records disappeared.
These recent events show why status and file date must travel together. A saved weekly row can be accurate for its release and still differ from today's system.
Get Nevada Voter Files
The free standard downloads are the simplest way to obtain public voter registration data for Paradise. No mandatory request form is needed for those files. Start with the county download page, select the proper geographic scope and status edition, then store the ZIP and its release date. Use database software for large ASCII comma-delimited files and retain the published field names.
| Data option | Access route | Published cost | Delivery detail |

| USB delivery | Clark County Elections order | $30 | Optional delivery medium listed in the 2025 guide. |
For custom data, call 702-455-2944 or email ELinfo@ClarkCountyNV.gov. The Nevada Secretary of State Registered Voter Services screen remains the statewide route for a voter checking their own account.
The state voter-services screen confirms that private identity fields are required before personal services open.
Public files must be used within Nevada's limits. Do not attempt to reconstruct withheld data or republish rows in a way that defeats address protections. General identity-theft, stalking, and harassment laws still apply. For broader government-record request rules, see Paradise public records access.
Paradise Election Record History
Clark County publishes scanned historical election documentation covering 1910 through 1996, election results from 1909 forward, and Statements of Vote from 1994. These materials can establish district results, election administration, and the political setting around an older family or neighborhood record. They are not proven Paradise-specific poll books or registration registers, and general election scans should not be labeled as voter lists.
The jurisdiction matters here too. Paradise is county-governed and unincorporated, while many local addresses use Las Vegas as their postal city. Older records may organize the area by precinct, township, commission district, or unincorporated county geography. Search the official maps and record descriptions before concluding that “Paradise” is absent merely because it is not used as the city label.
For help with current records or historical holdings, contact the Clark County Election Department at 965 Trade Drive, North Las Vegas, Nevada 89030-7802. The office is open Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and can be reached at 702-455-VOTE or ELinfo@ClarkCountyNV.gov.
