Information You Submit
Text entered in a search form, such as a name, telephone number, or address, goes to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our own servers do not retain a search-history copy. A direct message gives us only the details you choose to send, which we use to answer that message.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. We review aggregate data to maintain the service and learn which resources are useful. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and, when present, advertising measurement.
How We Use Data
That limited information helps operate the site, diagnose faults, count traffic, and improve content. We neither assemble individual visitor profiles nor sell a visitor list.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Clark County and Nevada portals, courts, libraries, archives, and outside search tools. Each destination applies its own privacy terms to information submitted there. Sponsored results are also supplied by an outside company, so its policy governs data entered into that service.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic information described above. We may disclose data in response to valid legal process, but do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
Our Data Safeguards
An encrypted connection delivers the site. Logs remain only as long as reasonably needed for the stated uses. Since visitors do not create accounts, this service keeps no user password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
The service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal details from anyone under 18. Contact us if a minor submitted such data so it can be removed.
Your Nevada Privacy Choices
Nevada NRS Chapter 603A requires covered online operators and data brokers to publish a request address and honor verified no-sale requests within the statute's scope. It does not create a broad right to erase government records. Because we retain little visitor data, a request will usually involve checking contact messages and available logs. Use the Contact page to submit it. Paradise, Clark County, and Nevada public records remain under their custodians' control.
